Shipping policy
We ship within the U.S.A. and to A.P.O. addresses.
Generally, it takes 1-3 business days to fulfill your order and prepare for shipping.
For example, an order placed on Monday will generally be filled on Tuesday. Then, the selected shipping service will pick it up on Wednesday.
Once your order has been picked up, the package is the responsibility of your chosen shipping service and the delivery process will begin with your selected options.
You will receive an order shipping email to track your shipment using the website of your chosen shipping service.
Check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received this email. If you need more help, we are here for you via email Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PST.
Nomadic Research LLC is not responsible for any shipments lost or stolen in transit or after delivery.
Replacements for "missing packages" will only be issued once the following conditions are met:
- Tracking indicates no movement/delivery after 15 days. (Nomadic Research LLC will file a replacement claim.)
- The claim is won for reimbursement.
All claims filed for a package marked as "delivered" from the shipping service will be denied.
Nomadic Research does not perform any package intercepts. Once your order leaves our facility it is the responsibility of the shipping service.
