Refund policy

We handle returns & exchanges on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of doing the right thing. We believe that if we treat people fairly and honorably, they will treat us the same.

Returns

  • 15 Days: We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • The item must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the return request acceptance date, or the return will be rejected.
  • To be eligible for return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, like new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To start a return, contact us at customerservice@nomadicresearch.com. Items sent back to us must first request a return to be accepted.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Our policy is straightforward: if we are at fault, we will take care of the cost. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, an error on your part, or selecting the incorrect size, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • We do not process one-for-one exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. 
  • Requesting an exchange return does not guarantee that the return will be accepted. The same conditions still apply to exchange returns that apply to regular returns.

Refunds

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You'll be automatically refunded and credited to your original payment method if approved. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
