The HD (Heavy Duty) Raid Pack 2.0 takes our flagship design to the next level with an upgrade to Dimension-Polyant X-Pac® X50 fabric — a premium U.S.-made laminate engineered for extreme durability and weather protection.
This advanced four-layer material combines a rugged 500D Cordura® face, aramid X-PLY® reinforcement, and a polyester film backing treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) finish for a fully waterproof barrier.

The result is a lightweight and highly tear-resistant fabric that delivers exceptional structure and all-weather protection. Made from U.S.-produced performance textiles by Dimension-Polyant, the HD Raid Pack 2.0 retains the same tactical reliability and modular versatility as the original Raid Pack — now with superior strength, durability, and water resistance for mission-critical use.

Its height-adjustable harness, padded shoulder straps, and load-lifter system ensure comfort under heavy loads, while quick-detach hooded buckles allow instant release when speed matters.

Smart Organization & Rapid Access

The panel-loading main compartment opens flat for total visibility and modular organization. Inside you’ll find a laser-cut MOLLE Velcro interior and twin mesh zippered pockets for configurable loadouts.

The ambidextrous side-access sleeve offers instant reach to a laptop, mags, or mission-critical gear without exposing your main compartment. Exterior stretch pockets secure bottles or tools, and the top valuables pocket provides quick, protected access to essentials.
