    The Nomadic Research Alpine Hoodie is a top-tier synthetic insulated jacket built for breathability, mobility, and warmth in any environment. Designed to perform as both a standalone outer layer and a mid-layer under shells, it delivers the perfect balance of insulation, stretch, and weather resistance across a wide temperature range.

    Constructed from Toray® AIRTASTIC™ mini-ripstop fabric with a DWR water-repellent coating, it blocks wind and moisture while maintaining exceptional airflow. Inside, Toray® 3DeFX+™ 60-gram stretch insulation provides lightweight warmth that retains loft even when wet — keeping you dry, agile, and ready to move.

    Patterned for active use, the Alpine Hoodie’s articulated sleeves, contoured fit, and stretch insulation prevent ride-up or restriction during high-output movement. Elastic cuffs and dual hem adjusters seal out drafts, while multiple zippered pockets secure essentials within easy reach.

    Lightweight, compressible, and field-proven, the Alpine Hoodie is engineered for performance in variable conditions — from alpine ascents to urban winter operations.
